Hi Craig. You can connect to your agent’s calendar using Unknown iCal connections. You will want to make export connections, and use those to let your agent pull data from your Tokeet calendar. You will then create import connections, and use the URLs provided by your agent to have Tokeet pull data from your agent’s calendar. You can learn more about it here: https://www.tokeet.com/help/ical-connections/what-if-my-channel-is-not-listed-in-tokeet

Hi Scott. I’m not sure if my last suggestion worked for you. I’d also like to suggest the use of dynamic rates in Tokeet. These push automatically, when your occupancy changes between a low and high occupancy rate. They also have the added benefit of automatically pushing whenever you change your rates in Tokeet. In this way, if you have a flat amount you want to change for the date range, then you can set the min and max rates the same, so that you don’t have to worry about occupancy affecting your nightly prices, while still getting the benefit of automated pushes. You can read more about dynamic rates here. Hopefully one of the solutions offered here will suit your needs. If not, please let us know.
