On Fri June 11th, we experienced a brief 30 min issue that affected availability pushes and user login. The issue was resolved quickly. Unfortunately, during the outage, some channel calendars did not match your Tokeet calendar. We have since automatically updated all Tokeet calendars, but we recommend that users verify that their calendars are accurate. Most users would not have been affected, or even notice this issue. Though we apologize to all users for this problem.

RE: Tax breakdown on invoices
Hi Owen,
We are currently working on improving the taxes display, increasing both visibility of what is displayed as well as options for what can be done.
We're hoping to have that completed soon.

RE: More frequent iCal syncs
Hi Henry,
Due to the sheer number of iCals that exist within Tokeet, it's not possible to increase the refresh speeds at this time. 1 hour is relatively quick when it comes to iCals, as even Airbnb only syncs once every 3 hours from their end.

RE: 502 Bad Gateway on FB messenger
Hi Stephen,
We do currently have this ticketed in Tokeet to work on a fix for. It is fixed in Web Ready, which should be releasing soon.

Automated Invoicing Beta
Our new automated invoicing is currently in beta and will soon be released. This feature will allow you to automatically create invoices when a guest books, before or after they check-in, before or after they check-out, or even if they cancel.
We are welcoming users who wish to try this feature out beforehand and start using it now to email support@tokeet.com and let us know. We will get you set up in the beta and would love any feedback from the service.

RE: Tokeet is disabling "requires government ID" and "previous positive reviews"
Hi Leigh,
When the Airbnb released their new API that was adopted last year and fully switched to a few months ago this year, there were no options available from them in regards to setting them and pushing them via the API.
If these have now been added to their API settings, I will ask our developers to review it and look at adding it in.
