To improve this we would like:

1. Add Day before Date
2. Move Rental so column order becomes Day, Date, Event, Rental, Name, Guests, Note
3. Colour Note icon different colour where a Note exists, avoiding need to click through all
4. Incorporate Tasks and update the event type filter to allow selection of relevant options
5. Make the event type filter sticky, ie filter will be default view until changed
6. Upgrade Rentals filter to match filters elsewhere in the system with Rentals and Tags
7. Update Download to export Day, Date, Event, Rental, Name, Guests, Booking Source, Note
8. Rename download file Agenda, YYYY-MM-DD

Please indicate which items will be addressed and estimated delivery period, eg. Q2, 2020

Invoice functionality has changed. No longer able to create invoice for extra services populating nightly rate with 0 (zero)
Also it s no longer to set number of nights of 0 (zero)

Guests find this confusing when we are invoicing for extra charges such as early or late check-in

Lovely that the system tells me the thread is quite old.
I know that, as it is why I am chasing why the promised change has still not been delivered

The last updates for the core system seem to relate to Q3 2019.
It would be great to have a list of what fixes and enhancements have been delivered over the last 9 months

In addition, we have had very limited communication about what the company has been up to, any changes to operations during the crisis and changes and ehancements planned for the rest of 2020.

I don't think anyone would accuse the product support team of overpromising, yet alone over delivery.
User reports issue and provides analysis of cause (thanks, Konstantinos).
The cause is not addressed.
All that happens is the user gets asked to mark Tokeet mail as safe when they are the originator.
Six months later the user decides to chase the solution and is told to keep waiting as the Product Management team intend to fix it.
Is it in the schedule?
Is it being fixed?
Which month is the fix planned for delivery?
A vague reference to weeks not months is not very reassuring.
As the travel industry begins to open up, it would be appreciated if this long-standing issue could be fixed with some urgency.

9. Don't understand why the system lets me define times as either am/pm or 24hr then display my 24hr times as am/pm. Display times according to the format I have defined.

I logged this on 29 Jan and suggested that the field is no longer pre-populated with the default "tokeet" and make completion mandatory. That way users will be forced to select the value.
It is still possible that users may quick click the wrong value so a change function with a "Are you sure?" challenge would be appreciated as having to rekey a booking to correct a data field does not make sense.

Also suggested that when users convert iCal request Hold Events to a Booking the system scrapes the relevant information to pre-populate as much of the Booking form as possible
