    Hi Owen. This issue was fixed a year ago, and you should have received a notification of the fix on August 30, 2023. That said, if you are experiencing this issue again, please message us via live chat in the app, so that our team can pull up your account details, and request additional information.     Hi Blake. Thank you very much for your feedback. Photo ID request was made the first step in contract submission due to previous issues with guests signing the contract, and then exiting the page before submitting their photo ID. While we will discuss this matter again in the future, this behavior is unlikely to change in the near term, as we have seen a significant increase in photo ID submission as a result of moving the request from the end of the contract submission process to the beginning. If we can agree on a better solution for placement of the photo ID request, we will note the change publicly so that users are not caught off guard.
