Taxes not being charged on some invoices



  • Back in 2023 we had an issue with Tokeet not properly charging taxes automatically on our invoices. At the time, we had to go back and ask customers to pay the taxes tokeet missed. It was embarrassing for us and Tokeet, as the issue seemed to come from a bug in the booking widget.

    From our previous communication with Tokeet:

    "Hi Owen, I'm following up on the tax not showing on the invoices issue you've reported to us.
    Our tech team looked at the issue, and confirmed that the tax is missing for inquiries created through widgets.
    They have logged a ticket for your case, and once the issue is resolved we'll be sure to reach out and let you know. Thanks again for reporting this to us.We'll keep you updated."

    Up to today, this issue still exists and hasn't been fixed. Is there someone from Tokeet who can help us solve this issue once and for all?

    Hi Owen. This issue was fixed a year ago, and you should have received a notification of the fix on August 30, 2023.
