Don't forget that the tokeet websites ignore any min night stays you have set and allow people to book really short stays when you have set long min night stay requirements in rate genie. This is the biggest thing holding us back from having public ready websites in tokeet. Cant wait for the fix to happen one day? Maybe? If we are lucky?

Airbnb API enhancements wish list
A few things I wish I could do with the Airbnb API via tokeet. Others please add:
- Pre-approve, Approve or Decline reservation requests.
- Get notified of (and potentially accept) reservation modification requests.
- Review Management (Post them and see guest reviews after they are posted)
- Get notified of money requests from resolution centre
Less important, but could be cool
- Actually be able to use the full sync setting for listings and be able to control order of photos etc in listing.

RE: Owner Center users: your opinions are wanted!
Owners need to have access to more detailed information as it relates to their payout rules. Each booking should be broken out to show each part of the payout rule separately. Current payout rules in effect for that owner should also be shown.
Also, owners need to see which channel the booking is from.
They need to be able to access it from mobile device.

Interstitial widget should say "From $xx per night"
A major point of confusion for guests trying to book using the interstitial website is the search results page shows a price per night. But it shows the base price, not the actual nightly rate. A quick fix would be to add a "From" in front of the nightly rate. But really, why not show the actual nightly rate that they end up seeing on the booking page?

sure hoping the "brand new website-building feature" will be coming sooner rather than later. my business is being seriously held back by not being properly setup to take direct online bookings.

BDC messages never come in to inquiry
BDC guest messages used to come in to the inquiry /booking they were related to, and only sometimes they would come in not associated with the inquiry. The last week or so every BDC guest message comes in and creates a new inquiry. This sucks.
