BDC guest messages used to come in to the inquiry /booking they were related to, and only sometimes they would come in not associated with the inquiry. The last week or so every BDC guest message comes in and creates a new inquiry. This sucks.

Without fail every single email sent from tokeet will go to junk mail folder in any hotmail account. I’ve been reporting this for years and it’s always been ignored. Hopefully it will be fixed sometime In the years ahead?

FURTHER TO THIS:

Wanting custom codes to be actually useful. If the custom code is not setup for a certain rental it displays "undefined" . Making it basically useless to use.

PLEASE MAKE IT DISPLAY NOTHING IF NOT ASSOCIATED WITH RENTAL INSTEAD OF UNDEFINED

I want to use custom codes, but without having them be able to be used in the rental instructions it's not very convenient. Hope this feature is easy to add. it will make everything more . awesome!

sure hoping the "brand new website-building feature" will be coming sooner rather than later. my business is being seriously held back by not being properly setup to take direct online bookings.

How much money did I make running my business using tokeet? Wish I could find this out in margins. The payout rules should be used to be able to display this data like it is used in the owners center.

Right now I manually go into the owners center bookings page and back calculate using the numbers displayed there. Not efficient.

Right now if I manually create a booking in tokeet dashboard it gives me a confirmation and then back to the dashboard. Usually there is still follow up required with the new booking created, and now it must be searched for manually either in the calendar or bookings list.
Ideally after creating the booking it would end up on the standard edit booking screen so you can continue with things like creating invoice etc.

Is this view set to only show history so many days previous? Would like to have it show all transactions all the time. Or explanation of how far back it shows at the very least?

We add expenses in tokeet, and we manually re-add these to owner invoices. It would be AMAZING if there was an option to include expenses from tokeet on owner invoices.
