Hi Scott. Thank you for the detailed rundown of your experience. While your connection is up and running now, I’d like to gather some more information for our team to look at. Are you saying that when the Airbnb authentication popup appeared during the connection process, that you failed to tick the checkbox that says that you agree with the terms and conditions outlined? If this is correct, are you think saying that failing to check this box still resulted in Tokeet being added into your Airbnb account on the Connected Apps page? We’d like to replicate the steps that you performed, to see if there are any anomalies that need to be addressed. Your feedback is appreciated.

Hi Irina. You will want to disconnect that channel from Tokeet. If there are multiple listings on that channel account, then unlink the rental in Tokeet. This will prevent Tokeet from updating availability for that listing. However, this will not prevent guests from booking the room. In order to do that, you will have to contact the customer support team on the channel, and discuss which dates you wish to close off for the listing. This will allow them to block the dates on that listing, without affecting the other listings that are connected in Tokeet.

Lovely that the system tells me the thread is quite old. I know that, as it is why I am chasing why the promised change has still not been delivered

Hi Leigh. We have discussed this feature as a team, and it is something to be considered for a future update of Rategenie. There is no current timetable for implementation. The only solution that won’t involve manually blocking dates would be creating duplicate rentals in TV3, and then linking them via iCal, in order to sync their availabilities. This will let to put a different min stay requirement on Airbnb from the other channels. This guide will explain how to link rentals together in TV3: https://www.tokeet.com/help/rental-settings/linking-rentals-together
