Updating Guest Email for Signature

Hi,
We are finding a huge issue of guests not receiving there contracts, reason for this is because when a new booking comes through airbnb or booking.com for example it will generate them an email which the guest cannot access. So when we obtain the correct email from the guest and update in tokeet then hit "resend" in signature it still send the contract to the original email not the updated email. Please can you advise as this signature feature is completely useless to us until this is solved.

Hi Matthew. I have noted this request for our next Signature meeting. If this can be done, we will definitely implement it. I have to run it by my developers first to make sure it's feasible with the data that we have. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Hi Joe. This has been resolved. When you click the Resend button in Signature, the latest email address in the guest details will be used to send the template.
