Airbnb Reviews Tab

When a host or guest leaves a review for a booking, it can be seen in Tokeet within the inquiry on the Reviews tab:
Here's an example of the review from a guest, showing the public review, along with private feedback. You can see that ratings based on the 6 different categories:
The review by the host will also be displayed, as shown here:
At the end of a booking, if a guest makes a review, the review won't be visible until the host also makes a review or after 14 days have passed. You will see an message on the Reviews tab alerting you of this.
Hosts are given a 14 day period where they can review a guest. Once that time has passed, a review cannot be added.
If no reviews have been submitted for the booking, then the tab will display like this:
