TokeetAI will use information provided in the sections below while generating responses for guests.
The knowledgebase consists of a Documents Section and FAQ Section.
TokeetAI Documents
The documents section allows you to upload documents containing information that you will like TokeetAI to use in responses. Only .md and .txt files are currently supported.
You have the option to turn toggles on or off for Pre Booking, Post Booking and Post Checkin.
1- Pre Booking: With this option, TokeetAI can share the information within the Documents with guests who have not confirmed the booking yet.
2- Post Booking: This option allows TokeetAI to share the Document information with guests who confirmed their booking.
3- Post Checkin: This options lets TokeetAI share the information of your Documents with guests who have already checked-in.
TokeetAI FAQs
The FAQs section contains text area in which you can add content and click on the “Add to List” button and to save the FAQ. Saved FAQs will be used by TokeetAI to answer questions by guests.
For example if there is an FAQ -
“What is your WhatsApp No?”

Now if a guest asks a question about the Whatsapp Number then TokeetAI can use this saved FAQ to generate a response for the guest. You can edit and delete your FAQs accordingly.
With each FAQ we also have 3 toggles to control the permissions of that FAQ.
