Tokeet Integration with GuestFlow

What is GuestFlow?

GuestFlow simplifies and automates your business by reducing the number of apps you need and bringing all of your property, reservation and guest information together in one place. The guest app and team collaboration features allow you and your team to deliver a world class guest experience, whilst reducing costs and increasing revenue for your business.


Connecting GuestFlow to Tokeet

The connection steps are performed within GuestFlow, using the steps below.

Step 1:

Click to open the Settings page:

Step 2:

Select the Tokeet tab

Step 3:

Press Link Account to add a new Tokeet account.

Step 4:

Enter your Tokeet login credentials - this should be for a user with an Admin role.

Step 5:

Click the Sign In button.

Step 6:

Click Continue to authorize access.

That's it!

Your bookings will appear in a few seconds.


 Disconnecting / Tokeet Offboarding

If a Customer would like to stop syncing rates and configurations for a listing, the Customer is responsible for turning off syncing within GuestFlow by following the steps below:

Step 1:

Click on Settings

Step 2:

Select the Tokeet tab

Step 3:

Press Delete on the Tokeet account you wish to remove.

Step 4:

Click Confirm Delete.
