What is Truvi used for?

How Does it Work?
Each time a booking is made across any of your booking channels, Truvi automatically screens and verifies your guests. Once the booking is approved, it qualifies for Truvi’s damage protection of up to $5M in case of guest damages. They also offer management for deposits and waivers. If an incident does occur, their Incident Resolutions team is on hand to review it and compensate for the damages.

Connecting Truvi to Tokeet
Connecting to Truvi with Tokeet couldn’t be easier. We’ve put together the few simple steps you need to follow for your integration to be complete.
Log into your Truvi account
> First, you need to become a Truvi member
> Once you submit the form, they will contact you to sign in to your account
> Go to integrations
> Select Tokeet from the list
Authorise Truvi
This will allow Truvi to read listing and booking information in order to contact your guests to validate them
> Log into your Tokeet account
> Click the “Get your Authorisation Code” button
> Authorise Truvi to access your information.
Selecting your listings
Please note: when clicking 'Update' listings and bookings will be LIVE with Truvi!
> Click 'Refresh'
> Wait a couple of minutes, then reload your webpage
> Only select the listings you want to add to Truvi
> Then click 'Update'
Once this is done, listings and bookings will start to appear on the Truvi account.
